Telegram Coffee head barista Luke Arnold has spent 20 years perfecting his craft, and his dedication and passion is apparent in his new Cathedral Square venture. The Telegram Coffee dock will offer beans from the highly regarded Duke Coffee Roasters in Melbourne, alongside locally roasted beans from Loaded in Nedlands.

Luke says he’s proud to be able to offer local beans of the calibre he expects in the dock, alongside world-class product from the eastern states. Paying homage to the precinct’s history as the former State Buildings, Luke opens Telegram Coffee every morning using an antique 135-year-old dumb waiter crank wheel, salvaged from the Old Treasury building.
