Chi Kung is a Chinese practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and martial arts training, which extends back more than 4,000 years.  It is a meditative practice, enabling you to find balance (Yin / Yang).  Louise Walker of the Perth Tai Chi Academy will lead you through movements to refresh and recharge, ready for your afternoon.
