Join the City of Perth Library to learn about the health benefits of incorporating regular movement into your life.
Sitting has become a larger part of our lives, particularly with working from home, periods of quarantine and self-isolation, and activities like watching television and playing video games. Join us to explore the impact that significant periods of sitting has on our health, and learn tips and techniques to help you incorporate more activity in your daily routine. The session will be followed by a light morning tea and a walk around the Library precinct.
This talk will be presented by Women’s Health and Family Services.
